Our processes

Our company is a member of several professional and insurance networks, and uses effective investigation strategies. All of our processes are standardised and transparent, and are based on the intelligence cycle. Our expertise in economic and social affairs enables us to help businesses to deal with their risk management issues.

Our methodology is modelled on the intelligence cycle. Once we have analysed your needs and agreed the scope of our intervention with you, we will arrange regular updates throughout our investigations. When they are complete, you will receive a final report containing all the information gathered.

Professional and transparent processes

Depending on the nature of the issue you are dealing with, our teams of experts will conduct field investigations, which will have human, administrative and digital dimensions:

  • Investigations across your business’s broader environment, so that we can deliver our initial findings.
  • Administrative investigations to track events and actions.
  • An interim presentation and analysis report setting out our recommendations.
  • Human investigations conducted on the ground, to confirm the information gathered.
  • Presentation of a final report.

Recognised expertise in risk management

For more than 10 years now, we have been helping businesses to resolve problems they encounter in the areas of protecting business secrets, intelligence and investigations.

Our knowledge of the strategic, economic and operational issues at stake for you means that we can carry out missions as diverse as adducing evidence of unfair competition, identifying equipment theft rings or conducting enquiries in the context of labour disputes.

Investigations that will deliver court-admissible evidence

Drawing on our professional accreditations, all of our investigations are designed to adduce evidence that will be admissible in court.

In this regard, the evidence gathered by our experts will enable your solicitor to prepare an ex parte application under Article 145 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in the context of labour disputes.

Ex parte applications under Article 145 enable you to apply to the courts for the appointment of a bailiff, without the opposing party knowing. This bailiff will then perform on-site investigations wherever needed, establish findings and seize any documents evidencing the loss you have suffered.
